Subscription, billing, and cancelling

Open Admin Settings and scroll to Subscription & Billing. It shows your current plan, when your trial or billing period ends, and the payment method on file.

Manage Billing opens Stripe, our payment provider, where you can update your payment method, change your billing address, and download past invoices.

One person on your team is the billing owner. By default that is whoever signed the team up. They are the only member who can cancel the subscription, so an account cannot be closed by mistake.

Every other admin sees who the billing owner is, so you always know who to ask.

The billing owner opens Admin Settings, scrolls to Subscription & Billing, and chooses Cancel subscription. That is the whole thing.

You are not charged again. Your team keeps working until the end of the trial or the period you have already paid for, and nothing changes before that date.

While the cancellation is pending, and for 30 days after your access ends, the billing owner can reopen the account from Admin Settings and carry on as though nothing happened.

If that window has passed, or nobody can reach the billing owner, email support@sar21app.com. We can reopen an account, or hold your records for longer, for as long as we still have them.

Within the 30 days, email support@sar21app.com and we will reopen the team with every record intact.

After that the records are deleted for good. You are welcome back any time, but you would be starting a new team from scratch.
