Print scannable labels
Print QR labels on Avery sheets or a Dymo or Brother label printer, then scan gear with your phone camera or a USB barcode scanner.

Pick a label format
Go to Equipment → Print labels and choose your stock. Sheets work on any printer — Avery 5160 (30 per sheet), 5163, and 5167. Rolls cover desktop label printers: Dymo 30252, 30336, and 30330, and Brother DK-1201.
Part-used sheet? Set Skip labels already used and SAR21 starts partway down instead of wasting the rest.
Select gear and generate
Search or filter by category, tick the items you want, and click Generate PDF. Each label carries a QR code, the item name, the asset ID, and the category.
Print at 100% scale. "Fit to page" shrinks the sheet by a few percent, which is enough to walk every label off its backing by the bottom row.
Scan from a phone or a desk
In the mobile app, the scan button opens the camera and jumps straight to the item. At a desk, a USB barcode scanner works too — it types like a keyboard, so the Scan box on the equipment list picks it up with no drivers or setup.
Existing printed barcodes keep working. The scanner matches on asset ID as well as the QR code, so gear your team labelled years ago does not need relabelling.
